Before you start
- Open the relevant published drive or fundraising page.
Step 1
Find a drop-off-enabled drive
Look for the in-person donation choice on an eligible drive.
Step 2
Choose the requested items
Select the products and quantities you plan to bring using the available drop-off controls.
Step 3
Record the pledge
Choose Next after selecting the items, complete the donor information, then use the next confirmation action to submit the pledge. This records a promised in-person donation, not a payment.
Step 4
Read delivery instructions
Check the location, hours, contact, and any special instructions provided by the organizer.
Step 5
Track the pledge
Use its details page or your account to review status after delivery.
What happens next
Your pledge is recorded and you know how and where to deliver it.
Troubleshooting
- A pledge does not mean the organization has received the items.
- Do not ship to a public map location without confirming the organization’s delivery instructions.
