Before you start
Step 1
Open authentication
Choose My Account and enter the email linked to your account.
Step 2
Use the matching sign-in method
Enter your password or select the social provider used to create the account.
Step 3
Request a reset
If you use password sign-in and cannot remember it, open Forgot password and request a reset email.
Step 4
Set a new password
Open the reset link, complete the fields, and save the new password.
Step 5
Return to your profile
Sign in again and confirm that you are viewing the correct account.
What happens next
You can access your account using its supported sign-in method.
Troubleshooting
- Expired reset links require a new request.
- An account created with Google or Facebook may require that provider rather than a password reset.
