Marshallese Educational Initiative, Inc.

The Marshallese Educational Initiative is a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Springdale, Arkansas, that serves the Marshallese people through advocacy, education, and direct outreach. We educate about the nuclear testing legacy and climate change through international advocacy, while our programming, both in the United States and in the Marshall Islands, helps mitigate their ongoing biological, ecological, and cultural consequences. We provide direct services for Marshallese in diaspora such as helping navigate social services and healthcare, translation/interpreter resources, and workshops to help families transition to life in the United States.
