Easterseals Vermont

For the past forty years, Easterseals VT has earned a distinguished reputation for delivering impactful support and family-centered solutions to at-risk families. Through six essential service lines – often working hand-in-hand with the Department for Children and Families, Easterseals VT serves nearly 2,000 individuals annually, including at-risk children, foster youth, and families formed by adoption or guardianship across eleven locations in the state. Our support services help families create safety and well-being, provide prevention and stabilization for at-risk youth, assist families formed by adoption or guardianship with post-permanency support, and help youth and young adults who were previously in foster care make a successful transition to adulthood.
