GiftDrive Surpasses 500 Nonprofit Organizations Using Its Platform
GiftDrive, a Vermont-based fundraising platform helping nonprofits collect physical goods and monetary donations online, has surpassed 500 nonprofit organizations using the platform, marking a significant milestone in the company's growth ahead of the 2026 holiday giving season.
GiftDrive reached the milestone on Thursday, September 17, as nonprofit adoption of the platform continued to accelerate across the United States.
The milestone represents growing adoption of GiftDrive's approach to modernizing physical item donations. The platform enables nonprofits to create online drives where supporters can purchase needed items directly from participating retailers or make monetary donations, while giving organizations tools to manage their campaigns and donor information in one place.
Growing Across the United States
Since launching, GiftDrive has expanded from a Vermont-focused startup into a platform serving nonprofits across the country. More than 500 organizations have now signed up to use GiftDrive, with organizations ranging from food shelves and family service organizations to animal rescues, shelters, schools, and community nonprofits.
For many organizations, GiftDrive provides an alternative to managing scattered wishlists, spreadsheets, donation requests, and separate fundraising campaigns.
